There is this software/app called Kiwix where you can download entire archived websites such as wikipedia, stack overflow, etc. and it can be viewed with no internet access. GF has so much helpful information on here and it got me thinking it would be awesome if this information was archived somewhere. I can put in a request to the Kiwix team to archive this website but first it would need to be approved by the site owner here. Curious to what your thoughts are on this

This looks to be more for static stuff. Also we have hundreds of gigs of images which looks too big for their offline model. Also it’s not clear if anyone would actually use it, it’s not a mainstream thing like Wikipedia. So, I’m not super keen but remain open minded.

In the wikipedia version it looks like they heavily compress the images to make it fit. They also have a no picture version of wikipedia that is a lot less data. Backyard orchards are definitely more niche than wikipedia though, so I understand the concern on usage
