Hi! I am trying to figure out if “red beauty” and Sentyabraskaya/September sun are actually variegated. I see people describing it as variegated but the pictures I see often are not. Anyone have pics of theirs? I was considering it for a nother facing arbor i dont know what else to grow on
I believe that a lot of them have the red/pink/white leaves and look cool. I haven’t seen any described as actually variegated.
I have September sun and a pasha male. I have not grown the September sun out enough to know how variegated it will be, but supposedly it is. The males always seem to have more variegation.

Well I ended up picking up some plugs from fruitwood. 2 male, 1 September sun and 1 red beauty. Impressed by their size for 8 bucks each

This is my plant’s 3rd year and I’m just starting to see some coloring on it. It definitely has some white, but only on a few leaves, and no pink for me. The leaves with white seemed especially prone to being taken out by wind, but that might have been a coincidence. Unfortunately that means I can’t tell you how many leaves would have coloring under normal conditions.
