This little tree is a mystery, don’t know the rootstock, don’t know the sion. I do know I grafted it from my own stock. This tree is only about 5 feet tall, good for container growing.
Last year I picked black persimmon from neighbors yard, that tree is a old one, not more than 10 feet tall. This little tree breezed right through last year Polar Vortex. It’s showing little fruit buds, that will tell me what variety it is.
Should have kept the black persimmon seeds for rootstock.
