Bare root Candy Crisp apple

I just planted a bare root Candy Crisp apple tree this spring, and it’s alteady got little apples on it, is it best to clip those apples off such a young tree?

Hello and welcome.

The initial goal of most orchardist is to get the tree established with good form that will suit future fruiting. I believe most people will recommend you remove. I also read claims on this forum that the initial fruiting quality may be subpar, so the tree may not give great fruit until it is fully established.
