Don’t leave the apples on. The weight is too great, (probably) yes, but the demands the growth of the fruit put on the young scion would very likely, almost certainly, set the scion back dramatically. Pick off all the apples soon.
It looks like you used a poly tape for wrapping the graft. Poly doesn’t break down well and will have to be removed after the callous is well formed -towards the end of the summer is soon enough.
I’m partial to grafting rubbers and parafilm partly because if they get overlooked they won’t choke the graft -they’ll break down and eventually fall off on their own.
