Best Resources For Learning How to Prune Peach Trees?

Hello. I recently planted two peach trees. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good source to follow as far as pruning goes. I am in the California central valley.

I like the video series of peach tree pruning done by North Carolina State Extension Services. They are on Youtube. They show you how to prune a one year old up to a mature tree. Easy to understand.
