I made about 8 jars of black currant and raspberry jam. I had something similar recently at a hotel in Copenhagen and wanted to recreate the flavors. Equal parts black currants, red raspberries and black raspberries, seeded. No pectin needed.

I made black currant raspberry a few years ago and its one of my favorites, I used about 75% raspberry and 25% black currant.

never tried that combo. picking both today. might make some. just picked my northline serviceberries and the last of the honeyberries. going to try that as well.
