I’m looking for a blue potato that I last grew about twenty years ago but don’t remember the variety. The skin was blue, not like the dark purple I see available now, and heavily russetted. The flesh was blue and white marbled. It was real dry but that may have been due to growing conditions. Any help would be appreciated.
