I ordered some Bravo Weather Stik to use for my cherry leaf spot. It came in a 2.5 gallon jug. I only need maybe a quart or two total.
I wanted to see if other members would be interested in buying portions of this. I received the entire jug for $112.00
I’d repackage it in plastic quart containers and redistribute it out to members for whatever the shipping, plus quart jar, plus a portion of the price.

You are opening yourself to penalties and liability issues by your offer. It is against Federal law to transfer pesticides from original containers to another unless certain conditions are met.
Any shipping damage that causes a leak will trigger a hazmat situation regardless of how hazardous it is as the people responding will have to treat as unknown no mater what you label the quart jar as. All of that will fall upon you as the sender.
Better to sell some to your neighbors face to face than risk anything going wrong via the mail or UPS.
