Bugs in new bag of compost

Just opened a new bag of compost and noticed tiny white bugs crawling and also some white thin long bug (not a lot just here and there but don’t know if there’s a lot more deeper inside the bag of compost. Is it ok to use the compost?

It doesn’t sound right to me - I’d like to think that my compost got hot enough to prevent any such thing. But even so, there’s lots of very useable organic matter that never got hot, has lots of bugs in it, and is good for your garden, such as leaf mold, for example.

I understand many people are having trouble with topsoil/potting mix/composted manure this year. But, usually because it isn’t weed free.
(Seems the government got involved…things always go downhill when bureacrats try to tell farmers how to farm.)
