California Dwarf Citrus Question

I’ve been told by a couple of different nurseries now that dwarf citrus will no longer be available here in California because the growers have stopped growing them. Now semi-dwarf will be as small as you can get. Does anyone have information that confirms or denies this?

Menlo Growers has up until now been the primary (or maybe only) source for dwarf citrus in this area.

I don’t have more info but FourWinds used to propagate on both dwarf (Cuban Shaddock? I don’t know) and semi-dwarf (C-35) rootstocks. They exclusively use C-35 these days. I heard several cases of dwarf citrus trees runting and not growing from many here in CA.
