I sprayed pre bloom with Bonide complete fruit tree spray and now there are peaches galore on the tree but I am having issues with insects and maybe something else. something is eating the leaves and has laid at least this egg on the leaf.
Here are the other issues.
I noticed that some of the peaches have a sort of bruised spot on the blossom end.
Insects have to eat a lot of foliage to cause any real damage.
The middle pic shows a bit of peach leaf curl, the crinkled leaves. Too late to spray for that.
I think the discolored end is normal.
Was out looking at the peach tree today and noticed it has a borer issue so I pulled back the dirt around the base of the tree and stuck a sharp object in the two spots that had the jelly coming out. Is there something else I should do to the tree at this point? Thanks.
