Cherry bark problem

This is a Chrimson Passion cherry. The bark appears to have a white growth on it.

There is a lot little gumeosis on another branch and all 3 of my cherries in this area are showing some of this white on them.

Any ideas what it is and/or suggestions on what my next steps will need to be with regard to these 3 trees. (The other 2 are an Evans and a Northstar)

Can you post clearer pics?. It could be white peach scale. Just a guess.
