Can somebody recommend a good book describing most cider apple varieties? Mainly looking for American, English, and French varieties.

I have a couple books…neither very complete. I’d try out pomiferous.com before spending a lot on books.
Claude Jolicoeur’s book has some good descriptions, particularly how they do in cider. It is not complete though. I think you may need a book for each region if you want complete, there are books focused on UK, US, and French cider apples (the latter being written in French).
