Coddling moth larvae growing in the bags I put on my apples

Hello Friends, I have put some cloth bags on my apples to try to protect from codding moth. It does seem to protect most, but not all of the bagged apples. But I have found that the larvae are finding the bags to be good places to cocoon. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem???

That’s why they call the bags maggot barriers … because they work nearly 100% against apple maggots but against codling moths … not so much.
