For those of you that love all things Collards, the Heirloom Collard Project is having daily live You Tube broadcasts at 1pm EST. They are also recorded. A nationwide trial of 20 selected heirloom varieties from the USDA collection and Seed Savers Exchange is going on in hopes of reintroducing them into garden use.
I got an email about it and nothing going on at work so I have been enjoying watching it.

I like collards. But I like various mustards more.
Then there’s cabbages, kale, brussels sprouts, broccoli, and a whole bunch more goodies.
