Found this the other day (posted on NAFEX on Facebook), some good info but heavy reading. The USDA’s manual on Container Tree Nurseries: http://www.rngr.net/publications/ctnm. Geared towards reforestation and forestry production, but still good info especially if you like growing from seed.
