I grew these melons every year. They are very Fragrant when ripen. Smash the flesh with the spoon in a bowl and add some sugar to your liking and add ice . Delicious.

Why sugar, aren’t they sweet? Do you have any photo of it cut?

They are very Fragrant and a little starchy but not sweet. I was told as a kid some 40 plus years ago that they are very nutritious except for the added sugar.
