I have almost 50 citrus trees and this is the only one that has this on it. What is it?

I don’t know anything about citrus, but I took the liberty of editing your heading to reflect the area you were asking about. That way those of us who can’t grow citrus don’t have to open it to find out what plant is being discussed.

This has a pretty good list with pictures. Theres a couple of things it could be from that picture, so just inspect your tree and compare.

Regardless you should keep it away from the rest of your citrus until you know what it is.

Probably something along the lines of bacterial leaf spot. I would try spraying it with a fungicide. I just had to spray some of mine from Madison citrus that had it and some type of rust fungus as well.

I like to defoliate the leaves with big issues and spray the rest
