can someone help out? thanks! there are new buds growing on the bottom of the tree that look healthy, hoping to save this one. maybe it’s just bugs?

I think you have plum leaf spot.

thanks. I sprayed for bugs this morning and I’ll pick something up for fungus later today. bit of die off but it’s growing.
