Do you think these dark red potatoes are OK?

Both are mini-red potatoes bought at different stores. One type is super dark red skin and yellow inside. I’ve only seen lighter red potatoes with white flesh.

What do you think about the dark red potato with yellow interior? Are they OK to eat or some freaky GMO thing?

Not at all. In south America where they are native there are potatoes of every color of the rainbow
