Per their website, all they guarantee is that the tree arrives healthy and in good condition. So beyond that, I guess you would have to speak to them and make a case.
Also, I’ve only gotten erratic email contact from cummins, but usually when i call, I get a live person who can help me right then.

Cummins answered me today and applied discount in amount of price of the not survived tree to my next order. Pleasure to have business with them.
