Eating Unripe Persimmon/Kaki

So as expected I had some small kaki trees which i left a few fruits on, they have been falling off lately, I let them sit in the greenhouse to see if they would turn orange. One of the unripe fruits was started to crack so I squished it to look inside before tossing it away.

To my surprise there was a hint of orange and a soft texture, i tried tasting it and the more orange part was even slightly sweet. see the photos. this is a Mriya kaki.

The main reason i am posting this is to ask if it is unsafe to eat significantly unripe kaki fruits. I have heard that unripe persimmons can cause a clotting in the stomach from the tannins, if you can swallow them… maybe if blended mixed etc that could be a problem though. Curious to hear from the rest of you here.
