Extending the Persimmon Season

I am curious what early and late-season persimmon varieties people use to extend their season, both for American and Asian persimmons–though I are slightly more interested in the Asian persimmons. Maybe I’m way off the mark, but I am thinking with the right varieties it should be possible to have a four or five month long harvest window.

Seems like some of the NA varieties are good for early season harvesting, since full ripeness isn’t necessary, but it would be just as good to know if there are any astringent varieties that are very early as well. I seem to recall Saijo being a relatively late season persimmon, but I assume there are others that are much later?

For the American persimmons, I am much more in the dark. Deer Magnet seems good for a long late season, but that is about all I know.

Mohler american… ripens early Aug - early Sept.

Prok … late august.

Early Jewell…H-118… mid-late August

Those dates given by Cliff… orchard in KY.

Late ones…

Zima Khurma hybrid… notes i found say late season.

WS8-10 Barbaras blush american… Late Fall /Early Winter.

I have some of those started here just this year… no actual ripening experience yet here in TN.
