Do you grow the same mustard for greens and seed? Reading between the two threads, it looks like you do. Can you do that with any culinary mustard? I plan on growing Florida Broadleaf mustards this fall/winter/spring and I was wondering if I could use them for both. I love ground mustard as a spice, and enjoy mustard greens in soups, so if I could do two crops from one plant that would be awesome.
I’m glad you updated this thread when you did. I was looking online if anyone did this, and it didn’t really come up with anything. It seems like its pretty uncommon to use grow there own mustard for spice or condiment, or at least no one talks about it.
