Yeah. I prefer brown mustard as a spice, but I’ve used them all grounded. I got the Florida Broadleaf because its supposed to grow better here than most greens.

Someday I want to make a sauce out of the mustard plant. I think that I am just going to call the sauce “mustard”, and see if anyone notices.

Cream of mustard! A few potatoes , some clams or scallops! Lots of cream and pepper! Yes i combined 3 soups in that idea. If thats not enough toss in some mushrooms.
