Fig Tree Problem, FMV?

Hi, recently I decided to learn a bit more about figs. Just about the only figs I’ve ever tasted were off an ancient black mission fig tree the I grew up around. Sadly, the tree fell and completly died 5 years ago.

Around 3 years ago I planted Kadota, Brown Turkey and Janice Seedless Kadota. Now I realize there are better figs so I’ve (hopfully) aquired Cravens Craving, I-258 and HDA.

The problem is, my Janice Seedless Kadota and Brown Turkey don’t fully look right to me.

Janice:

Brown Turkey:

Is it FMV? I don’t know much about the virus, will it spread? My nearby Kadota looks fine so will my new figs be safe when planted next to them?

Also, the Janice Seedless doesn’t all look bad, such as this new shoot:

Is it possible to prune back to healthy shoot or something to save the tree?

People usually say that the tree will just outgrow the FMV. I was wondering if it might be caused by some type of mite?
