Unknown seed variety I found on market place. It’s over a year old she said. looking forward to watching it grow in the greenhouse.

Thanks!! I was shocked when she brought it out! And yes I will let it climatize for a few days then re pot it. That’s even what she said before I left LOL. good minds… you know what’s up!
Nice! I’ve planted a few dozen from various Loquat trees around L.A… The germination is nearly 100% and they grow VERY fast and survive hot AND cold (at least SoCal cold).
