On the Gulf Coast I would imagine that’s pretty normal by this time of year. The heat, long season, and humidity take their toll on the leaves. As long as the wood remains healthy the tree will be okay.

Thanks…yeah especially since the tree spent so much energy sizing/ripening the fruit.
Thanks

I have other fruit trees that look about the same. My FG actually put out several hundred blooms about this time last year, though it still set heavily this year.
My asian pear trees still are in full flush. They really are pretty trees with the bark color and leaf size and color.
My Sweet Treat Pluerry looks healthy with no leaf loss or discoloration.
Of course not every variety and every tree will behave the same, even in the same setting.

Can Malathion+Infuse cause fruit drop? I think I may have accidentally chemically thinned in the Spring. Only ended up with one fruit that was spoiled on one half. It was pretty tasty though.
