They sell trees in Kroger. Used to be $14.99 in 2020. Now it’s $24.99 in 2024.
I was told by their office the rootstock they use for plum, apricots, peaches were “Halford”.
Their trees are decent. If you get them early enough many of them are bare root put in potting soil. I recall I could easily shake out the potting soil and plant in native soil.

Didn’t know they were so cheap back then. Almost give away for $14.99.
I feel lucky to have caught some great deals. In 2020, one could also find DWN for $25 with free shipping offers.
