French online fruit catalogue

This is one of the best tree catalogues I have ever seen. The quality of stock from the Delbard family is famous. Just have a look at their fruits. They also grow magnificent roses.

As you will probably learn from your stay in France, the French speaking people (I’am one of them) like to say: il ne faut jamais, jamais se fier aux apparences… A lot to times, I have seen really gorgious catalogues (both photographies & text) not only for fruit trees but for many other products and on many occasions I felt deceived, frustrated, discouraged, bad customer service… One can advertise, put pictures & texts as they feel free to do but a massive « reality check » must be done by would-be customers.

Internet is a mixed bag of horrific practices, propaganda and many times reveals the worst in the Human race but on the other hand it has given millions of people now the possibility to communicate, exchange, warn, denunciate, discuss, learn, have the feeling not to be isolated etc. And for all the positive actions provided by the Net, I feel lucky.

Web sites like this one is promoting exactly that: share with others, lear from others

As for me the perfect mix of more than basic and true, accurate information and outstanding service both before and after sale was found in an Ontario nursery. Our business relation has been going on for 5 years and I am so happy (and relieved) to have them!

(someone was asking about Jujube varieties over sea’s)
I like the Links with the Aronia Berry Hybrids (intergeneric between 2 species )
and the different types of cornelian cherries they have over there

Beautiful catalogue. I would love to try those columnar prune trees. Plum trees are usually very vigorous, but I’ve never tried St. Julien rootstock.
