I’m trying to better document when my fruit ripen so I can get better data to anticipate ripening, to compare years with each other and to identify gaps in the fruit production. In 2022 I wrote almost nothing down. The following ripening dates are therefore extracted from photographs and memory (only if I was sure of it). The beginning is not exact, because I was not home for the first ripening cherries, I’d guess that my parents started picking cherries about the 20. June.
