Go Big is the first okra plant to bloom. I have never planted this variety before so I don’t know anything about it. As of now the plants are shorter but a little stockier than Heavy Hitter and Clemson. The buds for blooms on Go Big seem to me more advanced than the other two.

How has heavy hitter done for you? I tried it one year and was very disappointed

This is my first year planting Heavy Hitter so I really don’t know how it will do. I have about twelve plants so I will know how it performs soon.

Heavy Hitter needs very fertile soil.
