I was shopping in Walmart today and just for curiosity decided to look at garden center(the one inside) to see that they already have Christmas there. But one shelf was holding some fertilizer bags, so I came closer to look… Everything was 3 dollars, including huge bags of Osmocote that normally cost $20. I got enough fertilizer to cover my garden and orchard for couple years for 30 bucks. Check your local Walmart, they may have the sale as well!

I hit something similar at Walmart a month or more ago. I always go check that department when I am there!
