Grafting Persimmon tree

Hi everyone just wanted to share with everybody my adventure with a persimmon tree that I ordered over winter time, it was a bare root when I receive it then I storage the bare root tree in till spring when I planted the tree.
The tree is a Jiro-Fuyu, then a friend was so kind to share some cuttings that she also received as a gift from someone else, the cuttings ware Chocolate and Coffee Cake. On April 19 I grafted some buds from each variety using the graft technique T bud. Here are some pics before and after.

And this is the latest pics from yesterday!
Note: the coffee cake is the only one that took off, the Chocolate on the other hand it’s just sitting there either for taking off or to sunk in.
I do have a question and would like your opinion. My guess is to remove the flowers but would like your opinion. Thanks

Looks great, … Good job…

You may want to hide the writing …".chocolate "
As … Raccoons, opossums, squirrels, little kids. May eat that bark. ,!..:grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Thanks @Hillbillyhort

@Ruben
I think these are male flowers - they are in clusters and with a small calyx. So there is nothing to lose if You remove them.

@pileta thanks for the response and for your comments! My other concern is if the clusters get bigger and heavier I don’t want the grafting to fell off because of the extra weight! Do I’m being overreacting???
