Grosse Mignon white peach pie

There was a breeze today so the 100 F temperature did not stop me from turning on an oven! My peaches are starting to come in. I had to do something with them as the start getting mushy once picked. I also picked a couple that were greenish on one side. They were still sweet. Only used a quarter cup of sugar. It tasted like hope. Peach pie doesn’t exist here. It does now!
