Ground Cherry Decline Disease---TSWV?

@Donna_inTN
Out here people like that get reported and then the county shuts them down, sometimes with land forfeiture.

OH, You are in California!!! Well, here, I thought the one place where there would be resistance to 2-4D and Dicamba was McMinnville, a town with lots of plant nurseries. So I called someone there and was told that even there, that though there’d been dozens of lawsuits, the nurseries had had no compensation for losses except in 2 really big cases where the nursery owners spent a lot of money and effort. If you can’t win these cases or set any effective boundaries in a town that makes most of it’s income off susceptible plants, I’m sure not going to have a leg to stand on against a farmer who gets in the newspaper bragging about how he’s farming (poisoning) 3,600 acres. I figure from the way the damage shows on leaves in the surrounding forests, he’s damaging at least 4X that area.

The big boys, they all got computers, got incorporated too
Me, I just know how to raise things
That was all I ever knew
Now, it all comes down to numbers
Now, I’m glad that I have quit
Folks these days just don’t do nothin’
Simply for the love of it
