Yes it does, in California it’s often sold to the growers as what they refer to as Puente ( Adara grafted onto a Lovell peach rootstock.)
I bought three of them 5 years ago and have been quite impressed. Adara can accept virtually any stonefruit peach, plum, cherry, pluots, apricots, etc.

I know it’s late again but would you have any of either of these left to use for interstem? I want to continue to top work and older apricot to plums and cherry. Not sure if i always need an interstem - some work. But cherry has stubbornly fails. Peach nectarine Italian plum fine. Or should i use the Italian plum as a interstem maybe??
Sorry. Auto correct
You would need to ask in December, all of my plums are breaking bud so it’s about a month too late to cut scions. I have not heard of outpatient plum.
Sorry,
Dennis
I got some from Marta at Reallygoodplants.com and it looks like she has Adara in stock. I’ve been really happy with the scion from her.
@ZNeutrino planing on doing a bunch of grafts on some weeping cherry seedlings in my yard to see if I can make use of them as rootstocks with Adara interstem.
Ordered some today. I’ll try to grow it out on my top worked apricot tree. Any idea how well it roots on own?
I had reasonable success (50%) rooting Adara from greenwood cuttings in july.
