I bought an Anna, Rossana and mail hardy kiwi from one green world. The Anna is doing great, but the Rosanna is not. The rosanna never came alive, but it now has growth from the roots. Are these Kiwi usually grown from cuttings or is the rootstock different?

I think this is always the case. I haven’t seen anyone offer grafted plants.
