I checked Dave’s Garden Watchdog. They don’t have a ton of reviews, but most of them are negative and from 2021. Anyone familiar with this company?

Based on this information, I would not trust them.
I’m assuming they just go out and grab seeds for whatever order comes in.

Upon checking their website and property, all photos are stolen with 0 original photographs from what I’ve seen so far. Property doesn’t accommodate a fraction of what they’re selling.
And reading that it comes in “reusable ziplock” tells me that they’re reselling.

Also, some of their items such as this one (Black rose), doesn’t exist outside of internet photos and fake plants.

I also found a website called Pissedconsumer.com and they only have 1 star there. Must be a scam site. Thanks all.

Yeah I’ve been looking through their website now out of curiosity and they’re using an old photo of bakers creek cucamelons as theirs. Here’s a comparison. I’m assuming it’s a home operation where they’ll order what is ordered or go out and get them from their local shops, then package and resell at twice the price. Baker’s creek doesn’t have the old photo anymore but I remember it from my seed hoarding days.
Considering the photos of their home and backyard to the obvious fake items they have listed, they’re not even plant people

I have purchased from seedville USA on Etsy (looks like it’s the same company). It was legit.

Did the seed germinate well and true to advertised type?
Yes. I was making a flower garden out front and ordered a bunch of different flowers. I germinated indoors and later moved everything outside. Everything was true as advertised. The only thing that didn’t germinate was this one, but these are pretty difficult to germinate and grow so I wasn’t surprised.
You could always do a small order to test the waters and see how it goes.

You have to understand though, if it came in a ziplock then it’s actually from someone else. Like i could take a packet of burpee seeds and repack to resell for twice the price. For common or easy to find items, i don’t see an issue but a lot of the things on their website is rare, fake, or hard to get and the fact that they’re unwilling to just send throughout the US and will risk sending things to other countries without proper permitting but as a customer risk, should be a huge red flag.
