Just trying to decode the tag - is it possibly for the NG itself, aka D. Kaki x Virginiana? I have only seen D. Lotus or D. Virginiana used as rootstocks for all persimmons.
Regardless there is evidence now that NG can be grafted onto D. Kaki and D. Virginiana can be grafted onto NG. Let me see how mine turns out.
