Last few days have been cool and fall like. I saw one station in the northeast part of the state had 30Fs overnight. That is about to change with 90Fs and humidity coming back for the weekend.

Holy smokes 59 this morning I was shocked. Been a chilly (high 60s in august at night is cold here) august so far. Back to 80s and 70s at night this week

Sparta and Black River Falls both showed 41F this morning. We had talked about going up there swimming this weekend but not sure that water is going to be very warm after all these cool nights.
Pattern change starts today. Major heat by this weekend.

Hottest day of the year. Had 94F in my car. Humidity is very high so getting that Miami weather. Storms tonite–maybe.

We’ve had two good rains already in August (for here, that means like 0.5") and forecasted to get another tonight. It’s knocked out the forest fires and should set us up for a great fall mushroom season. I’m so thankful… the previous three years have been awful.
It’s in the 70s today, dropping down to 50 degrees tomorrow night but then bouncing back to nice late summer weather next week with highs in the 80s and lows near 60. Beautiful.

Rain all missed this area…stayed north. Dewpoints came down today, but still humid/hot out. Dewpoints should plummet this weekend. Very dry/cool air should work in by Sunday/Monday.
