How often do you water your dormant figs stored in the garage?

My garage is heated, but I shut the vent off in it. It generally varies from 48 - 55 degrees F. It has a big duct in it, so it picks up some heat from the ductwork. Lately it has been in the low to mid 50’s.

I got a moisture meter. I water when it frops to a 3/10
