How to grow baby plants

Hello, I need help with my pink lady apple babies. A few weeks ago my daughter and I wanted to do an activity together so we started growing pink lady seeds from the actually pick lady apple. So far the baby plants have been growing perfectly to my surprise but a few days ago I started to notice that the leaves were twisting and turning dark green and eventually they shrunk. Please help me get them back to a good shape if anyone knows about these plants

Could be a humidity issue. We often start plants in aquarium or terrarium.

I put them in a plastic bag but I took them off because i started seeing some brown on the leaves

What type of soil are you using?

I use sandy soil and compost as the base. Some seedling are just weak and prone to die. Look like you have more than one plant, so I hope not all of them are dying. The only time I use a bag is starting a seed. Once they form roots, they are put into a container. There is no need for a bag afterward.
