Hard to say for sure without a higher resolution picture but looks like leaf miners. Not a huge deal usually. If you confirm it’s leaf miners (look at some pics online, very easy to identify but their “tracks”), then remove the affected leaves. Your can also spray with neem.

The leaf damage is done but the leaf still functions so leave the leaf in place to feed the plant. There is no such thing as a problem free citrus tree.
