I want to start my cherry orchard, I bought two Stella and two binge. Can I propergat from these trees legally to add to my orchard?

I have purchased a few cherry trees to start my orchard with. Is it legal for me to propagate from these trees to build my orchard. Two are Stella and two are binge.

Not patented so you can take cuttings and graft them. In some locations birds and brown rot can be a problem. Where are you located?
