Ideas for a sick Cherry Tree

Hi Everyone!

As the title says, I’ve got a sick cherry tree. For my total orchard, look here: Long Time lurker, first time posting

But in short, I’m Western Washington, zone 8.
I had 9 Cherry trees, 4 died from blight last year. Another 3 were also sick, but I managed to keep them alive.

To summarize my usual retinue:
I spray 1oz per gallon Immunox, every 10-14 days from just before spring into late fall.
I spray 1oz per gallon Neem Oil, every 10-14 days from early summer into fall.
I spray 2oz per gallon Copper Octanoate (Bonide Captain Jack) 3 times a year, in fall and winter.

The cherry trees were all 2 year starts, when I planted them 3 years ago. So about 5ish years old.
They’ve all be sprayed on the above schedule.
The 3 sick trees I kept alive, I took a blowtorch to. The trees were gonners either way, so I gave it a go. I thought they all survived disease free, which I was really happy about, but alas, it looks like one of them still came away sick.

The infections are near, or exactly on the areas it was last year, which is also where I burned out. I must not have done enough on this one.

My question to the group is this: any additional ideas on how to treat? I wish I had photos from last year, but the tree appeared near death, sick leaves, wilty, etc. THIS year, its super green, vibrant, putting on fruit for the first time. It’s clearly healthier, but its also clearly sick.

(photos are from 3 weeks ago and 1 week ago. The tree is even greener and more fruit since then.

EDIT: It’s a Sweetheart cherry on Mahaleb

P.S.
Before anyone asks, there’s normally a 3 ft ring of woodchips under the tree. I just mowed in the photos and hadn’t replaced the old chips yet and the grass went nuts!

Were you treating for bacterial canker because of gummosis? Did they develop cankers or were they just a bit…leakier than is generally preferable?

It was quite sick in addition to the canker. The canker in the photos is where the sickness was last year. The oozing isn’t nearly as bad as it was, but it is steadily getting worse.
