Scenario: all outside spigots are on 1/2” copper or CPVC. Flow rate straight from the tap is maybe 5 GPM once it goes through our neutralizer and sediment filter. By the time I string 200 feet of hose together and go down the hill I’m lucky to get 2.3 GPM. Which means it takes absolutely frigging forever to water anything.
Would I see Improved waterflow if I tapped into a three-quarter inch line and replaced the hose bib with a 3/4”?
Are your spigots extending out of your house walls? If so then they are probably downstream from the pressure regulator for the house. Check water pressure ($5 part) on your spigots, then ask the water district what the pressure is at your meter.

That’s the same as my street pressure. I have 5 controller boxes and 37 automatic valves to divide up the pressure over time to various planters.
In your case in might be less expensive to increase the pressure from the well and install a regulator for the house.
