Was wondering if the caution to wait 2-3 weeks after sulfur application for oil/copper applies to dormant pre-winter spray ( no leaves-no fruit on the trees).

Its only for leaf toxicity and there are none of those left to worry about. I have sprayed oil, copper and sulphur in the same tank before (though usually if I am using copper I leave out the sulphur).

Michael, you’re actually describing Bordeaux mixture. What we use here in S. California for dormant spray for our PLC:
