Looks like leaf miner damage. Remove all affected leaves and destroy. Spray with spinosad or neem.
The good news is that I don’t believe it is SDS.

I have a Rosseyanka grafted on established American rootstock in 2024. It was healthy last year but not vigorous. This year there is a clear leaf problem. Is this SDS?
That doesn’t look like KSDS to me. The tips of the branches would be withering and dropping leaves and you would see black spider veins in the leaves. This looks more like phyllid damage to me with the curling edges of the leaves.
